The Warehouse at 520 West 20th Street Elijah Equities

Elijah Equities tapped Morris Adjmi as the architect for the reimagination of an original apparel manufacturing factory adjacent to the Highline. Adjmi added a three-story, steel-framed addition to the building, which includes glass enclosed conference spaces and ample rooftop green space.

Conway+ Digital worked in collaboration with the Knight Frank New York team to design and develop a large scale website for this historic building. Our team infused the brand with vibrant pops of green to represent the Highline, and a vintage typeset that paid homage to the factory’s past.
