Developed by Skanska, Capitol Tower reflects a shift towards a newer, younger, and greener Houston. Soaring at 35 stories and 775,000 RSF of office and retail space, Capitol Tower is a dynamic, future-proof and amenity filled office tower at the center of downtown Houston.

Conway+ Digital joined the Skanska team to breathe new life in the brand, virtually. Our team re-designed the website to be more in-line with the new branding and also developed a number of unique animations and interactive features to appeal to a more youthful, creative tenant.
